Use a defined specification to help your procurement team and supplier discuss the same requirement.
Your procurement checklist
- Name the material and intended application.
- Include grade, mesh or grit and the specification standard used.
- State quantity, unit, requested packing and delivery destination.
- List any TDS, SDS, test report or origin information you require.
- For exports, include destination country, port and requested commercial term.
